New Priyanka Camp, South Delhi is a forgotten corner of New Delhi. In Year 2000, the camp was a cluster of jhopdis and plastic sheeted tents next to a dirty open drain. Children grew up with no access to childhood.
Children who join Koshish as toddlers are nurtured to young adulthood. After completing Class XII, they are supported through professional training and are placed in good jobs with continuous growth prospects.
Koshish alumni are changing the lives of their families and the community. Their own children are now in Koshish school.
Vision
To help underprivileged, marginalized children. The national mainstream as “qualified and well employed” adults.
Mission
We do this through a “holistic integrated development” program for disadvantaged children and mothers.
