- 5800 kilograms of dry rations were distributed in April and May 2020 (first wave lockdown)
- 6000 kilograms of dry rations were distributed in May 2021 ( second wave lockdown)
- Hygiene kits were provided to every child
KOSHISH works closely with the COMMUNITY at New Priyanka Camp to support its WELFARE and DEVELOPMENT through good times and bad. The school was closely involved with the welfare of the community through two years of pandemic through different interventions.

CATARACT OPERATION Members of the community, who need cataract operations, are fully supported with doctor consultation, hospital admission, free of cost surgery and post operative care.
Pratibha is a hearing and speech impaired person. In addition she developed cataract. Her cataract removal and lens implant was done by Koshish with the support of Lioness Club of Greater Delhi. Today Pratibha is happily married.
Koshish mothers are guided and counseled on the day to day challenges of child rearing and economic management. Guest speakers talk to them on a variety of subjects like balanced diet on a budget, primary health care, vaccinations, helping adolescent children with school related issues etc.
